How it works: Monthly income through successive five-year cycles, with a renewal or withdrawal decision at each maturity.
Payment Illustration
Illustration: ₹10,00,000 investment | ₹25,000 monthly income | 5 years.

Liability Class Plan
Plan Summary
How it works: A monthly instalment combines principal repayment and returns, with the outstanding principal reducing month by month.
Liability Class — Payment Illustration
Illustration based on ₹10,00,000 principal over 60 months.
Each monthly instalment includes principal and the return component. The principal portion is repaid progressively and the outstanding balance reduces month by month. *The amount above principal is the difference between total instalments and initial principal, not a separately stated interest rate. Final figures and schedule are subject to the signed agreement.
Money Back Plan
Plan Summary
How it works: Fixed monthly payout, plus a separate yearly return of principal.
Special feature: ₹20,000 monthly interest remains fixed for all 120 months, while ₹1 lakh of principal is repaid separately at each year-end. The outstanding principal reduces to zero at the end of Year 10.
Money Back Plan — Payment Illustration
Illustration based on ₹10,00,000 principal over 10 years.
The ₹20,000 monthly payout is shown for 120 months. Principal is illustrated as ₹1,00,000 repaid at each year-end, reducing the outstanding balance to zero after Year 10. Actual payments are subject to the signed agreement.

How to read this comparison: Asset Class and Money Back show illustrative receipts to the investor. Liability Class shows the total of the 60 fixed instalments used to repay principal and interest; it is not directly the same type of receipt as the other two plans.
These figures are hypothetical examples for understanding the payout structures, not assured or guaranteed returns. Asset Class assumes simple monthly income at 30% p.a. Money Back illustrates a fixed ₹20,000 monthly payout for 120 months (₹24,00,000 total), plus separate repayment of 10% of the original ₹10,00,000 principal each year for 10 years (₹10,00,000 total). The monthly payout is fixed and does not reduce as principal is repaid. This is a stated payout illustration and must be supported by the approved plan terms, cash-flow capacity and applicable legal/regulatory requirements. Liability Class assumes a reducing-balance calculation at 2.5% per month with a level instalment for 60 months. The ₹10 lakh example is for comparison only and does not override the minimum or maximum amount, eligibility, or terms of any sector project. Actual payouts, repayment and capital recovery depend on approved agreements and project performance. Capital may be at risk.
