Email a scanned copy of the completed form, a scan of the original supporting documents, and self-attested photocopies of all required documents to admin@nationalfinancialinstitute.org. Include the relevant application or project name in the email subject. Keep the original documents with you unless the institute formally requests otherwise. Do not email passwords, PINs or one-time passcodes.
