Membership Agreement Form
National Institute of Financial Markets and Technology (NIFMT)
1. Parties and project details
2. Project terms and schedules
The parties must attach and sign a project-specific schedule showing the contribution amount, due dates, applicable fees and taxes, payout calculation method, indicative-return assumptions, principal repayment dates (if any), start and end dates, and conditions for amendments or termination. Any schedule described as indicative is an estimate, not a promise.
3. Plan category and payout description
- Liability Class Plan: Any proposed monthly principal repayment must be specified in the attached signed schedule.
- Money Back Plan: Any proposed yearly principal repayment must be specified in the attached signed schedule.
- Asset Class Plan: Any proposed five-year principal repayment must be specified in the attached signed schedule.
Payment timing and amounts are governed only by the complete signed agreement and applicable law. Website summaries do not override signed terms.
4. Indicative returns and risk
Investment returns are indicative averages across Asset Class, Liability Class, and Money Back Plans. Actual indicative returns vary by project category and applicable terms. Returns are subject to market risk. Capital may be lost. Returns, income and principal repayment are not guaranteed unless a specific obligation is lawfully and expressly stated in the signed agreement.
5. Fees, costs and taxes
The proposed membership fee is 10% of the investment amount. Membership fees, interstate fees, interproject transfer fees, membership registration charges, documentation charges, and any other charges are non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the final signed agreement. All applicable fees, charges, taxes and deductions must be disclosed in writing to the customer before signature or payment.
6. Customer confirmations
- The customer has read the project schedule, risk disclosure, fee schedule and relevant supporting documents.
- The customer has had an opportunity to ask questions and seek independent professional advice.
- The customer has provided accurate information and understands that website material is general information only.
- No verbal statement or marketing illustration changes the signed agreement.
7. Statements, banking and communication
Any approved payment or payout method, bank-account verification process, reporting frequency and customer communication channel must be recorded in the attached schedule. The customer should never send passwords, PINs or one-time passcodes by email or WhatsApp.
8. Changes, complaints and disputes
Record the procedure for written notices, complaint escalation, termination, settlement, governing law, jurisdiction and dispute resolution here and in any applicable schedule. These terms must be reviewed by qualified counsel before use.
